Apologies

Due to unforeseen circumstances I'm sorry to say that my burgeoning photography career has come to a premature end.

My sincere apologies to those people for whom I was to provide photographic services. To colleagues and departments at my work place.. Paul in procurement, Colin in facilities, Rob in the green team and all my colleagues in Comms who employed me based primarily for photographic duties.

To the artists I was due to interview, my sincere apologies I will be contacting your agents immediately. James, I seem to have lost your number and you don't seem to be responding to mails... Get at me asap to cancel appointments. Same goes for Oli, read your mails fella...

To Angie & Dean, I will try to hire a camera tomorrow to cover your wedding party.

To Mum, there will be other birthdays. Sorry..

I'll mail you all, but thought I should post in case I've forgotten anybody. I'm also without a phone at the moment so drop me an email...

I hope to be back up and running in around 3-4 months, until that time gold leader signing off...

History isn't always represented by the positive remain, sometimes absence speaks volumes

A quick half hour out and about on my bike, the light went quicker than I could find anything of merit...

subsistence > recreation

The subject matter and inclination of shooting angle should communicate adequately the reasons for the lowly subject and execution.....

Not much to say about this... Yes it's supposed to be a partial silhouette, it's not just underexposed.....

Friday 27 March 2009

Uncle Teds & Nelson Mandellas

No time for any serious shooting today... Inebriated snap of Al AKA Springs..

On a side note, the picture of the big cat posted yesterday, I was lucky to capture it when I did as it is no more. Walking past the following day a number of men were busy at work with the white paint..

Thursday 26 March 2009

Many hands.....

OK, let's face it, with a 365 project, some downtime is inevitable. I just didn't expect it to occur so early into the project....

Work and so forth...blah blah

Spent the day helping to run a science fair for pimary school achievers at an Academy in Hackney. Due to parental permission and other things, I can't unfortunately post any faces, which is a real shame......

To make up the backlog, here's a random three from today, all fairly dour...

Monday 23 March 2009

Rasclat iriot.......

The magnificent sunshine must have distracted me today, just couldn't frame anything right.

Here's a dull picture of a block outside my yard..Zzzzzzz..

Saturday 21 March 2009

Lethargy......

And so it begins, the laziness that is... In fairness it has been an unusual week.

Have barely moved from my room today, just slummin'.. Made taking pictures kinda hard, this is the best I could come up with in the confines of my room.....

Terribly boring I know... I will leave the house tomorrow.....

Day 5: Hot thumb..

Scruffy writing you say...! Cheek...You try writing in the dark.....with a lighter...... backwards....

Wonder & Amazement....

My nephew, intrigued by all the smaller things in life.... When he gets a little overly rowdy, a simple solution never fails. Sit him down in front of the washing machine and turn it on....

Day 4: Round & round, all day long....

Today is my last day in Blackpool, the return to the big smoke will no doubt result in a drastic change to the mood of pictures.... Watch this space...

Thursday 19 March 2009

Early bird.....

It's been a while since I saw 7am, having had a nights sleep first I mean.... A very busy day ahead so todays shot had to be done quickly, with only my mums garden to play with, options are limited....

Day 3: Dew drops....

Wednesday 18 March 2009

Sprung?

The first day of spring is close but not yet upon us, however my Mums garden begs to differ. Sat in the afternoon sun supping on a brew, feeling the heat of the rays, I finished 'The Broken God' by David Zindell, which petered out rather...

Anyhow, today's picture.....

Day Two: Bloomin' Crocus..

Tuesday 17 March 2009

Spring forward

With the new buds peeking their heads from a long winters slumber, I thought it fitting to start a new project in the blogosphere. Each & every day I shall go forth and frame the world as mine eyes and mind doth perceive, a new picture for every new dawn. So begins a venture with a simple premise, a picture a day from the lens of Mr.A; the birth of A.M Pictures....

Day One: Old memories: New ideas...
